Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website rowm.net, the ROWM Partner Portal, and any related services (together, the "Site") operated by Rowmnet UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 27 Princess Court, Queensway, London, W2 4RB, United Kingdom ("ROWM", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and our Delivery, Refunds and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase products through the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that any information you provide to us is accurate and complete. Persons under 18 may not register or transact on the Site.

2. What we provide

ROWM supplies eSIM profiles and associated mobile data packages sourced from licensed mobile network operators and connectivity providers. ROWM acts as a reseller: the underlying network service is delivered by the relevant operator, and your use of that network service may also be subject to the operator's own terms, which will be referenced in the product description where applicable.

3. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page, and we will record the date of the most recent update at the top of this document. Material changes affecting existing purchases will not apply retroactively. Please review this page periodically.

4. Your account

If you create a ROWM account (including a Partner Portal account), you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at partners@rowm.net if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are used fraudulently, or are inactive for an extended period, and we may take legal action where appropriate.

5. Licence to use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use (or, for approved partners, for the purposes set out in your separate partner agreement). You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written consent. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The ROWM name, wordmark, logos, Site design, software, text, and all other materials on the Site are the property of Rowmnet UK Limited or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

If you submit content to us (for example feedback, reviews, or support messages), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content in connection with operating and improving our services. Do not submit anything that infringes another party's rights.

7. Purchases and payment

We accept payment by major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers, and your transaction is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

The price and currency displayed at checkout — shown as the total to pay, inclusive of any applicable VAT — is the amount that will be charged to your payment method and shown on your receipt. Any refunds are issued to the original payment method, as described in our Delivery, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

8. Digital delivery and cooling-off

eSIM profiles and data packages are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery of the digital content has begun, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 9. Fair usage — unlimited packages

Where a package is described as "unlimited", it is provided for ordinary personal mobile use. To protect network quality for all customers, the following are examples of use that falls outside fair usage:

• Continuous, automated, or unattended data transfers, including persistent peer-to-peer traffic
• Using the eSIM as a fixed-line or household broadband replacement, or for permanent business installations
• Sharing or redistributing the connection to multiple users or devices on a sustained basis
• Sustained abnormal traffic volumes that materially degrade network performance for others

Where usage materially breaches fair usage, we or the underlying operator may throttle, suspend, or terminate the service. Operator-specific fair usage rules may also apply and will be referenced in the product description.

10. No commercial resale

You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit products purchased through the Site unless you have entered into a separate written partner or reseller agreement with ROWM. If you are interested in becoming a ROWM partner, contact partners@rowm.net.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or any eSIM service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, to interfere with the Site's operation or security, or to attempt unauthorised access to any system. We may remove content and restrict or terminate access in response to breaches of this section.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mobile network coverage, speed, and availability depend on the underlying operator, your device, and your location, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or business interruption. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Indemnity

If you use the Site in breach of these Terms or in violation of law, you agree to compensate us for losses, claims, and reasonable legal costs we incur as a result, except to the extent caused by our own fault. This clause does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

14. Third-party links and operator terms

The Site may link to third-party websites, and certain products are subject to the underlying operator's end-user terms, which are identified in the relevant product description. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party sites.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Headings are for convenience only. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Delivery, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, form the entire agreement between you and ROWM regarding use of the Site, and any variation must be agreed by us in writing.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or EU, you may also rely on mandatory consumer protections and bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
